The God Who Loves Us Is Alive!

Happy Easter!

We are reaching the half-way mark of the School of Mission and week by week, there have been so many things happening within and around us. There is truly so much to thank God for!

To honour our Lord Jesus and to share with you a glimpse of the Lord's marvellous deeds, here are some pictures and sharings of life at St Gerard's over the past couple of weeks.

These 2 beautiful banners that hang in our church sanctuary were made by Mely and her team from Hospitality, namely Maizy, Jolene and Christine.

Shout It Out Jesus Is Alive!

- that was the theme of our Easter celebration this year.

We celebrated this Happy Day with our friends and Sunday mass community and we were glad to involve the participants in the festivities. Susan and Susilo from Indonesia joined Mely in the dance for the entrance procession of our Easter Sunday Eucharist.

And here's Albert giving his testimony, "In Jesus I have found freedom!"
Amen Alleluia to that, bro! We thank God for everything He is doing in your life \o/
Gemma from Korea playing the keyboard with us during worship.
Susan (with Christian as unchoreographed dancer), Mely, Jolene and Sonali dancing to Happy Day by Tim Hughes.Sonali sharing how God has been surprising her over the past few months, and how in turn she has been surprising herself. We love these surprises Sonali! :)

Marilyn, Jolene and Mely proclaiming through sign language the wondrous truths of who God is:
Jesus Messiah
Name above all names
Blessed Redeemer
Emmanuel
The rescue for sinners
The ransom from heaven
Jesus Messiah
Lord of all!

All our hope is in You

All our hope is in You

All the glory to You Lord
The light of the world!
Jesus Messiah!
